Welcome to Jemo!
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Jemo pre-launch website, waitlist, and related promotions. By using our website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
Jemo is currently in development. These terms apply to our pre-launch website and do not govern the future Jemo mobile app, which may have separate terms when launched.
The waitlist
Joining the Jemo waitlist is completely free.
By signing up, you agree to provide a valid email address so we can contact you about Jemo's launch, early access, and occasional updates.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Jemo on a particular date or availability of any specific features.
We may update our launch plans, features, and availability as development progresses.
Memory Book giveaway
To celebrate Jemo's upcoming launch, we're planning a special Memory Book giveaway for our waitlist community.
The following conditions apply:
Free entry: No purchase is necessary to enter.
Eligibility: The giveaway is intended for eligible participants aged 18 or older residing in India.
Entry: Eligible waitlist members are automatically entered during the announced giveaway entry period.
Winners: Three winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.
Prize: Each winner will receive one printed Memory Book featuring memories from a qualifying Jemo trip.
Trip requirement: To claim the prize, a winner must have a Jemo Collab trip with at least four members.
Shipping: Prize delivery is available within eligible locations in India only.
Notification: Winners will be contacted through their registered email address.
Response period: Winners must respond within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond or is ineligible, we may select an alternate winner.
No cash alternative: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
Winners may need to provide photographs, delivery details, and other information necessary to create and ship their Memory Book.
The giveaway entry period, winner-selection date, book specifications, and fulfillment details will be announced separately.
Participation is subject to applicable laws. Jemo may modify, postpone, or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Early access and updates
People who join the waitlist may receive invitations to try Jemo before its wider public release.
Early access depends on product availability, testing requirements, and other factors.
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee early access, special features, rewards, or permanent membership benefits.
We'll share more details as Jemo gets closer to launch.
