Welcome to Jemo! Your privacy matters to us.
Jemo operates this website to introduce our upcoming app and collect waitlist sign-ups. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
This policy applies to the Jemo pre-launch website and waitlist. The Jemo mobile app, once launched, will have an updated privacy policy covering its additional features and services.
What we collect
When you join the Jemo waitlist, we collect your email address.
Our website is hosted on Framer, which may also process basic technical information, such as device and browser information, pages visited, and website performance data.
We currently do not ask waitlist visitors to upload personal photographs, create accounts, or provide payment information.
How we use it
We use your email address to:
Let you know when Jemo launches and share early-access opportunities.
Send occasional updates, announcements, and news about Jemo.
Contact you if you're selected for our Memory Book giveaway.
Respond to questions or requests you send us.
We do not use your email address for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis or your consent where required.
Where it's stored
Waitlist email addresses are stored in Google Sheets and managed by the Jemo team.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to people who need it to operate the waitlist.
However, no online storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Third-party services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our website and manage the waitlist.
These include:
Framer: To host our website and provide website performance and analytics tools.
Google Sheets: To organize and manage email addresses submitted through the waitlist.
These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Your information may be processed or stored in countries outside your own, depending on the services used.
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To have your email address deleted from our waitlist, email us at hello@jemo.app and we'll remove it.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Framer's built-in analytics to help us understand overall website activity, including visits and page views.
Framer's built-in analytics does not use tracking cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.
If we introduce additional analytics or advertising technologies in the future, we will update this policy and provide any required privacy controls.
